I really liked the new one, the 3D element helped. I've read a lot of bad reviews of it but I think they're not justified. I thought it was almost as good as the original (which is one of my favorite films). For me it hit all the right emotions. It really is a metaphor for European patriotism against the Islamic menace.

I watched it, and I think it's great. It would be stupid to talk about historical accuracy since I doubt they even aimed for it, but all in all, it was enjoyable to watch :D

I watched the rifftrax version of the original 300 the other day. The acting is terrible but the way it was filmed was somewhat interesting. It's much better with rifftrax commentary.

Watched it last weekend. Liked the 3D effects but that's about it. For the rest the movie is shit IMO.
