Having been oppressed by the same oppressors (Ottomans, Austrians and evil Byzantines led by Armenian and Slavic emperors), been subject to same great powers who would take advantage of us (USA, Soviet Union, England, etc). I believe we, the Balkanoids are indeed one people further reinforced by the Balkan sprachbund (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balkan_Sprachbund)and that the concept of ethnicity is a social construct intended to keep the 55 million strong people divided.

Well ok, to answer your question up there, that seems to be getting some airtime by oh all 3 of us so far :D, I would say Aemma is one people. Although she might act like she is more than one people, she is only one people. Had she been more than one people, her name would have been Sybil...or Harry even! :D
