He's possibly the most Irish Bruenn looking person I've ever seen. Square head? Check. British complexion? Check. Convex lip? Check. Rufous hair? Check. Practically non-existent lips? Check. Heavy brow and deep set eyes? Check. Etc, etc, etc. :D

Alright, alright. His nose is a bit odd for a Bruenn...but look at that cleft chin!

So a dimple in the chin is pretty much a Bruenn trait? As are deep-set eyes?

Yes. Projecting, broad chins with dimples and clefts are UP traits. The deep set appearance of the eyes usually comes from the fact that UP brows are so thick and that the ocular orbits are squared off. Here's a UP skull (similar to Bruenns or Faelids):

Now here's a more Nordid looking skull (found somewhere along the Rhine) for comparison:

Do you see the difference in the thickness of the brow and the orbital shape?

The deep set appearance of the eyes usually comes from the fact that UP brows are so thick and that the ocular orbits are squared off.
Indeed, low orbital height is quite diagnostic for Bruenns, Faelids, Borrebys & Anglo-Saxons....which often leads to the hooded eye effect.
This clown here has hooded eyes. Don't mind the snowflake passing by. ;)
Williams is alpinised British CM aka Bruenn with dinaricisation.

From wiki:
Williams is of English, Welsh, and Irish descent on his father's side, and of French descent on his mother's side
