Most of the characters you posted seem to fit the bill. Don Quixote is another one that fits the stereotype of an infp. I myself am an infp, so I can relate to some of those traits.

Problem is most characters can change their personality like have multiple personality disorder.

They might also have bad relationships or a bad childhood and become a Villian. In real life super Villians would be called mental.

INTP,INFP, ENTP & ENTJ are very rare for characters.

Of course. I'm just being critical of some of the listings, which are not consistent with their characters (imo), Luna Lovegood being one of them, and very clearly so. See it as an attempt to spur discussion.

Luna Lovegood is definitely introvert, intuitive and perceiving. However, she has strong emotional connections with animals f.e, especially the "outcast" and weird ones; she accepts them (and people) for who they are and sees them on their inside rather than on the outside with honest compassion. That's not very INTP, (I should know :p ). She also takes interest in personal problems (Harry's f.e) and gives him and others advice.

Her disconnectedness and oddity is what I believe has confused some of her being an INTP, but that's rather INxP (emphasis on N and P to lesser extent) rather than INTP. INFPs might just be even more strongly so: they are emotional daydreamers.

Raskolnikov from Fyodor Dostoyevski's Crime and Punishment is a good example of another INFP imo.

As far as I'm aware INTJ and INTP can't stand each other. INTP's desire is to learn the world around them and re-plan and re-build it the way they see right. They always deal with things in hands and very skeptical about any abstract ideas. They are bond to existing rules and principles.

INTJ's main drive is 'there is always some room for improvement', they keep asking question 'why not' on every matter over and over again. They develop a huge abstract ideas and push the whole world around them to reach the goal. Rules do not exists for INTJ.

But if they'll manage to co-exist it'll be the most efficient and productive unit you'll ever see.
