What do you think? He's completely planoccipital with a low, sloping forehead; but, at the same time is very robust.

What's the deal with the ears? Is it customary for MMA fighters to bite off their opponents ears, chew them up & spit them out? In the first 2 pics the ears look deformed.

Wrestlers and boxers often get the "cauliflower" ears. Many MMA fighters also have that affliction. It can be avoided by wearing head gear, which protects the ears for wrestlers and protects much more for boxers during practice.

I think the pictures of this fighter show normal ears, especially for a Mixed Martial Arts fighter. Look up a picture o B.J. Penn, whose ears a hideous.
