I've had industrial cashew butter before, which looks & tastes a LOT like peanut butter, but just costs more. Today, however, I tried some very peculiar looking (unsalted) organic cashew butter...and it was one of the single most delicious things I've ever tasted!

I just came back from work tired so I made something easy from scratch, from this week's leftovers! ;)

I chopped one small potato, one turnip, one red pepper, 2 small zucchinis, 1 dry onion and some button mushrooms and threw them all into the steam cooker.

Before it was done, I threw in a piece of salmon that had been leftover and one hard boiled egg.

I steamed for 25 minutes and served with olive oil, finely chopped parsley, capers, olive oil and freshly ground salt and pepper.

Delicious, and nutritious. Low calorie and rich in protein :thumbs

Pork pie is delicious. I like them with worcestershire sauce.

I was taken out for lunch and had fillet medallions with a creamy mushroom and white wine sauce with the most perfect roast tattie I've ever eaten. As my children are at the Vaal, I indulged in a Dom Pedro for dessert. Feeling a bit sleepy now.
