Yeah, looks similar, the first one is a presenter of a program for young people, the last one wants to be a singer and I googled Katya is a singer too, has to be some singers' gathering, she probably visited Yerevan, picture is taken by our Yerevan photographer.

I've seen so many Russians in my life and she differs from any of them. I don't know perhaps there can be some minor overlap but I see her as very atypical for a Russian. She's from one of my FB friend's friend with Armenian name and surname, born and raised in Armenia. I even asked from my friend about her ancestry, she said that she's fully 100% Armenian. I check the ancestry of any picture that I put. I can give you her FB address for you to check lol And I absolutely disagree with you, she has very Armenian look, my mother's godmother looked very much like her.

They do overlap phenotypically with Kakhetians (Eastern Georgia) with some having more Armenoid traits. I frankly don't see any mixed girl - Armenians with Russian admix tend to be hardly distinguishable from South Euros while these have clear Anatolian/Caucasus traits.

lool this is not a thread of anthropology, this is kind of women's appreciation thread. Most of the pics if not 95% percent are women from Yerevan here. And the girls you can see in the streets don't differ but are very often much more beautiful than many well-known ones, but we just don't have their contacts. As to mixed, no worries, that's the most rare thing among Armenians. As to typical or atypical, please, we hardly cope with all this diversity :)

Unlike Georgians and Azeris we have never had big Russian community, and now we have even less, and again unlike our neighbours we have always been famous for not mixing with our minorities. All pics we have posted are various types of typical Armenians girls who all have Armenian names and last names.Most of them are random gils from FB who have taken professional pics (not all) .They look like Armenians and not like Russians.

In rare cases when we get some Russians not all of them are blue eyed blonds anyway. This is Russian girl Frolova who is in love with Armenia and moved to Yerevan last year from Moscow. She is single.

I  always felt a deep attachment to my Armenian heritage. From our fine foods, soulful music, and our beautiful dances, to our rich language and alphabet. But more than anything, I felt attached to the strong history of Armenia.

Well, they seem cherry-picked. For once, a good deal of them has dyed hair. A better approach would be to: 1) Post masses of women (10+ on the same picture); 2) Post randomised women - that is, go into a social network, type in a random name and take the first few results without weeding out anybody.

Unless, of course, it is a purely non-anthropological thread. But then it would seem proper to post random, ordinary women as well. I don't mean "ugly" by "random" - many of the ones I got through random search are attractive by any standard.

Fair enough. Though I still think it should be put in some sort of an anthropological context, instead of just posting pictures of women one likes. Especially if the women one likes might contradict the general picture - such as, say, if everyone was mostly posting Uralid women in a Finnish women appreciation thread. I think it makes sense to conclude what is typical or atypical using randomised people. Naturally, many nations are diverse, but they still have some rarer and more frequent phenotypes.

In regards to mixed, I was referring to verifying random samples. One can't really know if this or that person with an Armenian surname is mixed or unmixed, but chances are severely lower if they live in Armenia and higher if they live in e.g. Belarus. For that reason, I said that it would make sense to narrow the criteria to surname + area rather than just surname.

We don't have mixed people in Armenia. Almost all pics I have posted here are from Armenia and over 90% are of non famous girls. If I post picture from outside of Armenia I always mention it and give info on ancestry if there is a mix.

Well first of all I'd like to say that non-Armenians should be careful dealing with Armenian women. In history there were a lot of cases when non-Armenians being rejected by Armenian girls suddenly went mad and killed themselves. (By the way there were cases when young Muslim guys burnt themselves alive because of unshared love to Armenian girls. Even one famous medieval Muslim poet wrote a poem dedicated to Armenian girl where he cried: Armenian girl! You made me crazy! You are cure for all my illnesses. :)

Now back to your question.

To my mind Armenian women have kind of vital power one hardly find anywhere else and they can inspire extremely deep feelings in men's hearts.

Young Armenian girls have so much emotion, passion, playfulness, they behave so much like a nature itself, that a person being in love with one of them even for a very short time cannot forget her forever.

Separation with Armenian girl can be very painful.


What dating tactics work on them?

Very good tactics would be to impress her with some of your real or imaginary achievements. Armenian girl would like to believe that you are an outstanding guy at least in some spheres of life.

Actually I think any tactics will work if you are a right guy in her opinion and no tactics will work if you are a wrong guy.
