She can't be only CM imo...those cat eyes are typical north-east european and her skin tone looks atlanto-med (intermediate-dark). Plus, she has medium brown hair. A good mix.

Choctaw is a Amerindian tribe originally from the Southeastern United States (Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana).

Looks Norid with additional Alpinoid-Cro-Magnon(Borreby) and Mediterranid influences, and she looks Central European to me, which means she could fit into Northern Italy, Austria, and Southern Germany.
