To me, a certain ethnicity stands out, but I'd like to know what others think.

I think photos taken at younger ages & without Eurasian makeup is needed.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be many pre-Kung Fu photos of Carradine on the net.

His father John Carradine for comparison. I find the number & mix of ancestries (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Carradine) attributed to David Carradine hard to believe. Even in 2009 you would have a hard time finding someone with that ancestoral mix, let alone someone born in 1937! Spanish, Cherokee & Ukrainian!:rolleyes:

I think he looks significantly Native American in the picture I posted and some others I have seen, but I honestly can't see it in the younger pics. :confused:

I was going to say so even before I read these replies. He screams Amerindian. Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Carradine#Early_life) mentions Cherokee ancestry somewhere along the lines.

He does have amerindian admixture, it seems mostly those Mexican politicians.
