If these are all genuine questions then, that is scary as well as funny.

Yosemite National Park:

* What time do you turn on Yosemite Falls?

* Can I get my picture taken with the carving of President
Clinton?

* How long is the Two-Hour Valley Floor Tour?

* Where's the other half of Half Dome?

* You mean we came all the way out here to look at a bunch of
rocks?

* (To climbers: ) Just how do you get your rope up there?

Ignorant people also move into mountainous areas here and move out after spending one winter, not having bothered research climate, etc. New Yorkers are guilty of it. "What's with all the snow?" and, "What's with the animals?"

A few of them have tried to sue the state for letting wild animals run about.

Where I live, you can look in the police reports, and there are morons who call the sheriff because there's a bird that's singing too loudly....

The closest one to here listed on that page is Mount Monadnock. This one is surely not true at all:

We want to hunt bears, where are the bears? (Few or no bears in Southern NH.)

There are plenty of bear in southern NH and their popultion is on the rise...

Anyway, funny stuff all the same. ;)

I had a Finnish neighbor in this place where I used to live, and he called every moron who came up to the woods from the city expecting the woods to be tamed and abide by the same rules as Suburbia "city pukes".

I can't say as I am able to blame him. And everyone up there were just *neighbors*, which if you know anything about Finns, is a grave insult.....
