My favorite season would have to be fall/winter.

Where I live it is rare that it gets cold, and usually not until mid to late December. However, in the rare chance when it does get cold, I love the smell and feel of crisp clean fall/winter air. I also love the holidays that fall during those seasons. Thanksgiving and Christmas are my all time favorites, not because of the presents. I enjoy them because I get to spend time with all my family, I get to light all my fall candles and bake many festive cookies, cakes and breads! I love having my house decorated so beautifully and the smell of fresh pine.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year :) (for me at least)

Winter because I am prone to heat but pretty much cold resilient. I also don`t mind things like snow shoveling and I like to play hockey on a frozen pond :)

My favorite season is winter. I think it comes naturally, since we do not have much of a "real" winter weather here in Lisbon region where the coldest months stretch only from November to February and midday temperatures are rarely below 10ºC and usually around 15ºC. This said, it's really nice to feel a cold breeze hitting my face while strolling around and snuggling in my blankets hearing the wind blowing and the rain dropping outside (which usually are wintry phenomenons in this part of the country and southwards).

Fall/Autumn. Everything is colourful, fruits and vegetables (my beloved figs, grapes and pumpkins) ripen.

My brother had a few good pictures in Germany this year. Two of his room mates were Germans. So he gets free stays over there..

Think it was the South West part..

The fall, I like rain storms and cloudy days. Cigarettes taste better, hot coffee & tea tastes better, pizza food any kinda food taste better,
smoking weed feels better for you have a good excuse not to leave your pajamas and your couch. even tv shows are better in this season.
I've to say that winters in the desert are heavenly.

Winter. The Summers are too intense here, and the heat blazes right along through Spring, and Autumn.

I savor what I can of Winter, before global warming makes things worse.

What ? You say that May isn't a season ? You haven't lived in Connecticut.
May is all the Spring we get. April is raw with occasional wet snow and June is already getting too hot.
