Post or describe your most precious thing; necklace, pendant, ring, book, a page of a diary, a fetish ecc. Everything has some special meaning for you

who will start?

The photo albums, dias, videos and heirlooms of members of my family who have passed away. Embroidered tablecloths and lots of other self-made keepsakes. The value of raw materials may be really low but the emotional value is beyond price.

The most treasured possession I own is my fathers Gold fob watch which I gave to him in 1993, but was returned to me after his death.

LOL.
I do have some old video cassetes when I was a little boy(like 1-3 years old) which have some sentimental value because they show me on video.
I also have the first 8 Albums of Iron Maiden. That is pretty imporant to me as well.

Two particular photos of my long dead father that were taken circa 1983, just two years before he died, and during the time he was in the best health of his life. They depict him as I remember him best. Have to figure a way to get them preserved in digital format because I'd be destroyed if anything ever happened to them.

Then of course, I must include any of my irreplaceable family photos.....especially of my children :)

They can be easily digitally scanned and touched up to look genuine. Or a photo-of-a-photo done by a professional also works. I have done that with my dad's pictures, RIP.

A family's treasure on the British side of my family, an Omega pocket watch that belonged to my great-great-grandfather who fought in the WWI in northern France, and used to carry it with him with a photo of my great-great-grandmother inside.

I have a lot of very special jewelry, which is funny because I'm not a big jewelry person as far as wearing it.

I have my wedding set, which my husband designed himself and picked out the diamond for. It's white gold with a bunch of little diamonds set around one large, princess-cut diamond.

I have a gold necklace pendant shaped like a unicorn, which he also had commissioned when we were dating. The unicorn's eye is a little diamond.

I have a few other special pieces of jewelry that he's given me at various times.

I also have a ruby heart necklace passed down to me from my grandmother.

I have a bunch of really nice jewelry that my in-laws have given me through the years.

I have an emerald ring from my mom, and a garnet birthstone ring from my grandma.

So yeah... other than photos, and genealogical records and obvious stuff like that, the "thing" that is very special to me is my jewelry collection. :)

A stuffed animal from when I was a toddler.

I wish I had mine. I remember all of my stuffed animals (I loved my animals, I never played with dolls.) I came home from school one day and my mom had thrown them all out. :(

I'm not very materialistic (I don't hold onto objects with much sentimentality). So I guess my Nokia Lumia 920 since I've been using it so much for so many things.

I'm exactly the same way. I never hold on to objects for sentimental value. I find something weird in that concept.
So I guess my iPhone since I use it for everything.

I have a picture disc Mayhem LP, it's an early instrumental recording of De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas distributed by Euronymous in 1992. I pity all Mayhem fans who have never heard it.
