Both legal apatrids and those that for some reason or another, political, religious, social or cultural are cut from their land of origin.

Where to go? Where do they belong?

I've heard people say they are a threat since they do not answer to anyone and have no sense of loyalty to the country that welcomes them.
I think it is logical yet not entirely true.
