Does Nordic folkmusic sound more east European or Celtic (british isles)? Or does it sound like something further away? Being native makes you lose perspective sometimes

Has probably to do with which Nordic country. Iceland sounds much more Celtic while Finland much more Russian. Danish sounds more German and Norwegian and Swedish is the middle, the most Nordic.
