Anyone watch ASMR videos here to unwind, help with sleep, relaxation, etc???

I'm not really a party animal, so occasionally in my off time i watch this to chill.

For those who don't know...if you concentrate on relaxing sounds or movements, it can create a tingling sensation in the brain. That's what ASMR is.

I thought it was weird/mentally deficient at first, but it makes sense after a while. :D

This must be aimed at non-parents. The rest of my house is too chaotic to even hear what the gently spoken women are saying.

commenting to subscribe and try later after their bedtime.

The first time I experienced ASMR was when I was young and my Grandma would say grace before dinner. She would always drop her voice into an almost whisper and it would feel like a flood of tingles down my back. Anyway, I just found out about these videos! They're amazing. My favorite is TheWaterWhispers Ilse. She's got the best triggers and voice.
