A newspaper article from The Pittsburgh Press, printed on February 4th, 1944. about daring rescue of American fliers by Tito's Partisans from Nazi Chetnik troops.
The article reads:
"CAIRO, Feb. 4 (UP) Two U.S. fliers, whose names cannot be revealed, have arrived in Cairo after being shot down in Yugoslavia, captured by Nazi Chetniks, rescued in a raid by Partisans, then brought through German lines to a rendezvous with American naval craft, it was learned here today.
In many cases a simple fence will do, but the Slav is curious by nature and surprisingly crafty. Many people have had Slav encounters on their own lawns. While the Slav is not necessarily nocturnal, these run-ins are most likely to occur after the sun has set. I have come up with three handy hints that will hopefully prevent these critters from showing up at your doorstep in the first place.

The Serbo-Croatian language uses two alphabets; Gaj's Latin Alphabet and the Serbian Cyrillic alphabet. Serbo-Croatian is a phonetic language which means that one letter has only one sound. The following is the Serbo-Croatian alphabet in Latin (Red) and Cyrillic (Blue) following the Latin order with the example of the sound of that letter in English at the end:
