Right. Got it from the German dub of the movie "My name is Bruce", a fan movie to Bruce Campbell (Ash from Evil Dead series). The latter one gave that name to some extremely stereotypical old Chinese guy in the film.

It's an old name for North Star in Turkish, it can also mean "Iron Stake".
