Spanish.

Sounds like an Italian variant, I am assuming from Corsica. There's one famous bilingual song (Askatasunera) that is sung in Basque and Corsican that sounds quite similar in tonality.

Like Spaniard trying to sing in Italian :D

Sounds like a Southern Italian dialect, some words that end with -o normally in standard Italian end with -u in this song so it gives me Siciliano/Napoletano vibes

Sardinian words also end in -u, it is probably something they got from them. Most southern Italian dialects (called Neapolitan by extension) end in -ə, it is the dialects of the extreme southern group (called Sicilian by extension) that end in -u.
