Years of sloth and rot left me being a complete impotent. What do you do to get stuff done and what shall I do?
Get some motivation first or understand what is your motivation at all to work. Working without motivation is abnormal even for totally sane person.
to-do list and forcing myself not to skip too many items too often
Better to start with baby steps, usually when there're lotta things to do we don't even wanna start it as it becomes overestimated by unintentional overthinking.
If I get praise or raise or I enjoy it.
