Anyway i have a quiet rich and complete diet, i mean i eat almost everything (but very less meat), i eat very much vegetables, fruits, cereals ecc.
The big problem is that i've never eaten meat since i was a child, never liked it, so i started eating it only at 20.
So, i have a chronic lack of iron (it's genetic, and also coz a very huge "period"), low pression. So i often expose to the sun (to look better), but not in an extreme way.
I periodically take vitamins, too.
