I've lost two more pounds. Hopefully 25lbs more by summer.
Something people need to do and i can tell it's really helping me. You need to drink at least one gallon of water a day. I did so yesterday and never gained any weight despite eating poorly on a holiday. Also, I believe if you quit eating after 5:30 you will lose a pound a week regardless.
I can't believe I'd ever say this but I'm also starting to cut. I've been a skinny guy for my whole life but for the last 2 years I've been working out and eating... a lot. I didn't really care about what I ate tho so a lot of FAT came along with it. Now I'm gonna stick to a heavy workout programme and eat less. When I look at my pictures I'm just scared of what I've turned out to be. I just want some abs to be revealed also until the next summer arrives.
The thing is I actually can cut easily, I don't feel extremely hungry. I'll just eat popcorns with no oil and salt when I feel hungry. :P
