Castelul Mocioni, Bulci, Arad

castelul Bulci este una din cele mai impozante constructii de acest fel. Pe două din fațadele clădirii se află terase cu blazoanele familiei sculptate în relief, care au supraviețuit distrugerilor de după al doilea război mondial. Corpul central are o frumoasă sală de arme, cu un splendid șemineu, iar în parc se afla o seră. Lânga castel, Antoniu Mocioni de Foen a zidit o biserică și o școală pentru copiii din sat.

The Mocioni family, had several properties in Banat, and the second largest is in Bulci (Bata Commune, Arad County), only a few kilometres away from Căpâlnaș. Placed in a huge park, on the bank of the Mureș, the Mocioni castle is one of the most imposing buildings of this kind. Two of the buildings façades have terraces with the families’ crest carved in relief, which survived the destruction after the Second World War. The main body has a beautiful arms room, with a splendid fireplace, and in the park there’s a glasshouse. Near the castle, Antoniu Mocioni of Foen has built a church and a school for the village’s children.

Castelul Nopcea, Arad, Arad

Cladirea castelului adaposteste astazi Grupul Scolar Forestier, situat pe Calea Timisorii. Cladirea cu doua nivele a fost construita aproximativ in secolele XVIII-XIX., in stilul conacelor de provincie, de catre familia contelui Zelinsky. Sub poarta mare, boltita, se opreau trasurile proprietarilor si musafirilor.
Fatada cladirii de stil clasicist este dominata de patru coloane, deasupra carora troneaza un balcon ornamentat. De asemenea se mai remarca si ornamentatia particulara a ferestrelor.

Today, the castle houses Grupul Școlar Forestier, situated on the Calea Timișorii street. The two storey building was built approximatively in the 18-19th century, in the province manor style, by Count Zelinsky's family. The owners' and guests' carriages would stop under the large arched gate.
The building's façade, in Classical style, is dominated by four columns upon which reigns a decorated balcony. The particular decorations of the windows also is remarkable.
