National Ensemble "Shota"
The National Song and Dance Ensemble "Shota" was established in 1948 as one of the first artistic and cultural institutions in Kosovo. For fifteen years this ensemble has operated as society and afterwards as a semi-professional ensemble.
While in March of 1964 by decision of the Assembly of Kosova, "Shota" gains the status of professional ensemble as well as three other ensembles in Yugoslavia, "Llado" - Zagreb, "Kollo" - Belgrade and "Tanec" - Skopje.
The Ensemble "Shota" has played a crucial role in the preservation, cultivation and development of the Albanian song and dance as well as bringing genuine national cultural values such as authenticity of costumes, authentic melodies and exotic unique dances with which this ensemble is presented in more than 50 countries around the world and in all the continents.

National Ensemble of Folk Songs and Dances (AKKVP - Tirana - Albania), was created as a professional ensemble in 1957. This ensemble consists of soloists, dance groups, and complex vocal Orchestra. Costumes are probably the greatest asset of this ensemble, not only from its originality, but also by the variety of colors, are estimated as rare values of traditional culture of a nation. In his artistic life, National Ensemble of Folk Songs and Dances has about 100 premieres, with the choice of repertoire. In the span of 55years, has over 10,000 display data at all stages of Albania. In lifeduring nearly half-century, the ensemble has his repertoire of over 100 new dances, and music motifs from all regions, with diversethemes, with outstanding choreography, where many of thementered the fund gold, not only the ensemble, but also the culture in general. Today, the National Ensemble of Folk Songs and Dances iscomposed of the best artists of dance, song, vocals,choreographers, musicians.

Folk Dance Ensemble "Ibe Palikuqi"
Folk Dance Ensemble "Ibe Palikuqi" had been established in 1979. Since the beginning of its existence, “Ibe Palikuqi” constantly represents and cultivates beauties of Albanian folklore in Macedonia. During the years this Ensemble took part in many national and international events and festivals, organized more than 700 concerts, recorded over 50 TV materials.
Even though the Ensemble began its activities by creating a group, consisting of social active persons , now “Ibe Palikuqi” is said to have a high performing quality. As a proof of that stand positive critics’ and top rated folk experts evaluations posted in the newspapers, presented through various TV shows and radio programs. Recently “Ibe Palikuqi” has 150 members divided into three groups: orchestral group, adult dancers group and the group of young dancers. Each of the group brings remarkable successes to the Ensemble.All members in the Ensemble are volunteers so the main and only reward for their hard-work is the language of interactivity with the audience. Such approach has always been a “nest” where many youngsters have been able to spend their time and energy, thus ennobling their hearts and feelings. The Albanian folk dances performed by “Ibe Palikuqi” reaches the audience through the choreographic richness, emotional containment, plastic perfection, and the virtuosity. Those are the reasons why this Ensemble has great artistic voice at the international and domestic stage and respected reputation all over the world. All of the Ensemble’s choreographies are under the sign of the Master of Albanian Choreography, Mr.Fehmi Shaqiri. There are many beautiful dances and songs on the agenda and repertoire that "Ibe Palikuqi" represents, such as "Rajca", "Krahet e Shqipes", "Jugu", "Lahutari i Liris", "Dibra", "Arberesha". These folklore pieces have become a symbol of high level stylized folk dances by the years. Even more, dances in the repertoire of “Ibe Palikuqi” had been collected from separate Albanian regions. This is the reason why spectators can meet the real Albanian culture trough its dances differences. “Ibe Palikuqi” achieved to send their culture message to many nations with the help of their dances.

Art Ensemble of Song and Dance "Emin Duraku" based in Zhur (Kosovo), dating as early in the fall of 1948.
Originally from an initial group of 8 members, the idea and concept of these founders, utterly has been the preservation of national values, in the field of local indigenous folk.
Especially as the starting point of ensemble activity, we should mention the starting source folk "Zhur Wedding".
After the start of intensive work under the leadership of Hamdi Shaban Elezkurtaj Ensemble (former SH.KA) organizes several local concerts, international, regional, and while Provincial and Federal Republican, Balkan and Mediterranean World.
After the results achieved initially, gradually begins auditing and membership growth with feminine which in the beginning was a significant deficiency because of the circumstances of that time.
