That video is pseudo-science. Dude, the odd thing about you is that you don't realize that you are one of the dumbest posters on this forum. I think you might be somewhat dumber than lighthouse even. Ask any biologist and he will tell you that humans are omnivores (or at least most of them will). If your IQ wasn't too low for college/university you could take a college course in biology and they will tell you the samething : that humans are omnivores. Since you are an uneducated person of low intellect you fall for any kind of bullshit propaganda you see on the web instead of using sophisticated highly intellectual methods of coming to an educated opinion, on things, like engaging in syntopical reading which relies heavily on books, from reliable sources, with supplemental materials from periodicals and then lastly webpages. Webpages generally have the lowest standards of credibility because anybody can publish a webpage and there are no publishing standards. Syntopical reading makes heavy cognitive demands and you simply do not have enough cognitive horsepower to engage in it. You waste our time with your nonsense on this forum. You are not qualified to talk about science but you are qualified to dig ditches and clean toilets.

The human colon demonstrates the pouched structure peculiar to herbivores. The distensible large intestine is larger in cross-section than the small intestine, and is relatively long. Man’s colon is responsible for water and electrolyte absorption and vitamin production and absorption. There is also extensive bacterial fermentation of fibrous plant materials, with the production and absorption of significant amounts of food energy (volatile short-chain fatty acids) depending upon the fiber content of the diet. The extent to which the fermentation and absorption of metabolites takes place in the human colon has only recently begun to be investigated. In conclusion, we see that human beings have the gastrointestinal tract structure of a “committed” herbivore. Humankind does not show the mixed structural features one expects and finds in anatomical omnivores such as bears and raccoons. Thus, from comparing the gastrointestinal tract of humans to that of carnivores, herbivores and omnivores we must conclude that humankind’s GI tract is designed for a purely plant-food diet.
tools do not make your digestive tract omnivorous..
secondly humans ate meat only where there was scarcity of plant foods, such as cold north or dry savanna..
no animal cooks its food.. cooking is the second proof, after anatomy, that what you need to cook is not natural to eat..
meat and dairy are only habitual addictions as is alcohol and smoking, not natural..

Salvatore Caruso, 108, is the second oldest man in Italy. Like many others in the small Italian town of Molochio, with one of the highest prevalence of centenarians in the world, Salvatore maintained a low-protein, plant-based diet for the majority of his life, but switched to a higher-protein diet after moving in with his son's family once he became frail. /
haha insults are your arguments? b12 is produced by bacteria not by meat you amateur..
vegans do not need any supplements only those who fear low levels of b12..
