7-8 hours most of the year, 6-7 hours during summer.
I need 9 hours of sleep minimally to feel well. 9-10 is ideal.
Unfortunately I sleep very bad last few months, only few hours per night and sometimes not at all.
4-5 on weekdays and sundays, 12 hours on saturdays
5- to 8 , depending on what my body requires.
When I was single I coould sleep 9 hours a night, easily. Since I became a mom I can only sleep 7 to 8 hours a night, and almost always with many interruptions in the middle.
