Anything by The Cure or Siouxsie and The Banshees!;)
I'm not a fan of that typical 80's sound, nor the hair metal stuff. :p

I'm sure the hard-core Ozzy isn't far behind though. :D
Cheers!...Aemma

Temptation by Heaven 17
China in Your Hands by T`Pau.
Living on the Ceiling by Blancmange.

Probably the most beautiful song of the 1980's IMO.
Hazel O'Connor - Will You

Swans - Love Will Tear Us Apart

Joy Division - Love Will Tear Us Apart

I prefer the Swans version though. :thumb001:
I am still not ready for 80s nostalgia. I was going to ignore this entire thread until I remembered that such bands as Skrewdriver and Agnostic Front were in their prime. English oi and New York hardcore may not be what "80s music" brings to mind but they do qualify.
Physical by Olivia Newton-John. Very suggestive for 1981. The song is best with just the audio & you use your own imagination.;) Though the video is notable for being one of the earliest music videos, even predating the debut of MTV.

Besides myself & Aemma was anyone else here even born when this song came out?
I'm not familiar with very much 80's music, but this is one I really like.
Cheerio, by the Monroes
