In your opinion, what are main features of Berids?
Berid (as defined by Lundman) is the same thing as Cipriani and Biasutti's Paleo-Sardinian type - a mix of Atlanto-Mediterranean (Litoral), Alpine and CM elements, showing traits of all three. Brachycephalized by the Alpine element, yet with facial robustness of CM types (nose within the CM spectrum, robust chin, usually well-developed browridge) with Mediterranean elements being most expressed in pigmentation/ability to tan and thicker lips than CM proper. Also, curly hair some Berids show is more typically (though by no means a mandatory condition or exclusively such trait) a quality of Mediterraneans than of Alpines or Cro-Magnons.
