Good, the more Russia is involved, the more Assad's hands are tied and the eventual deal to have him removed will be reached.
Remember, him stepping down like the Tunisian president could have avoided all this bloodshed...his lust for power is responsible for the deaths and displacement of millions. The refugee crisis is in part, due to Assad's intoxication with power and his desire to keep it at the expense of Syria.
