Are they below the knees?

I'd like people to dress more formally like they did in the past. Button shirts (long sleeves), skirts for women, suits for men (but not modern tight gay stuff). I love double breasted blazers/jackets. Also nice leather boots and shoes, less sneakers. Less crazy colors. More high heels for women. In short, more sexy and elegant fashion.
Good friend has tons of Alpha industries cargo pants that he orders online, he's really happy with them.
The only problem is when someone expects that a man will wear a suit when it's 30 degrees outside. So men definitely need something more suited for the weather, wheres women can easily look classy in skirts or longer dresses which still provides them reasonable comfort.
Velcro-strapped athletic shoes, aka sneakers, because velcro never loosens like laces do and there's no threading and tying involved, no interrupting a long walk by having to bend down and retie. Fashionably smooth looking too, unlike laces which resemble two halves of a shredded scrotum straddling one's instep, but this is less obvious with leather dress shoes, so I give them a pass, and nobody wears them during a walking regimen, or, ofc, a running one.
