It's because the smart ones have all gone to the States and the UK. This means a) the ones in the Anglosphere are quite bright and b) the average IQ of the ones left behind is even lower.

Instead of thumbs-downing me, why don't you consider that these results aren't faked, are repeated in many tests, and are probably the result of India's poor education system and poor literacy levels (less than 70% in some states) as opposed to anything genetic? You took great pleasure in suggesting blacks were inherently dumber than non-blacks yesterday; seems you can dish it out but you can't take it.

Light skin is an adaptation to cold climates.
People living in tropical climates have dark skin to defend themself from the UV rays, but they also have a reduced braincase and a smaller head than people living in the North,mostly because a too big brain would not be an advantage in tropical climates.
So that's the reason because ''brown people'' are less inteligent than yellow and white people.
The most inteligent people on hearth are northen europeans and north/east asians because they live in cold climates.

I will stick to my opinion on Blacks...I am surely right.

IQ tests on Indians with 100 samples going to determine 1.5 billion ethnic-Indians all over the world???

I used SAT scores which represent 75% of all students from different races in particular year, I compared richest Black with poorest Indian/Asian/White => not 100 samples, but almost all students' average.


Your belief in saying most of intelligent indians left INdia is ignorant..


Only 5% of Indians live in a postion of leaving a country.

Most brilliants present within that 5% alone and hence all most left India???
