Ranking of EU member countries by ALC(Actual individual consumption)

I read it's more accurate than GDP/Capita in determining the living standards

It looks legit to me. I can compare Hungary and Croatia and Hungary has higher/better living standard despite lower cost of living.
I hope the lowest ranked countries improve in the future :)
