Daily eat pork, common poultry eggs, vegs, rice, once a while chicken, duck, turkey; drink milk, tea, and fruit juices also some cheap wines and beer too. A bit bland most of the time, use some pepper, anise, chinese traditional 5 spices blend, a little iodined salt.
