Socialist Party biggest Dutch party in survey

The Socialist Party of Emile Roemer is once again the country’s biggest party, overtaking the pro-business VVD party of Prime Minister Mark Rutte, according to a weekly opinion poll.

In the survey, the SP now would have 32 seats in parliament, whereas the VVD would to drop to 30. In January, the SP also emerged as the biggest party in the survey. Socialist Party leader Emile Roemer was rated 6.8, a record figure his predecessor Jan Marijnissen had obtained ten years ago.

Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders is the only politician to see his popularity drop since December, the last time the survey gauged politicians’ popularity ratings. Mr Wilders’ rating now stands at 4.4, down from 4.7.

The cabinet’s most popular minister is Christian Democrat Finance Minister Jan Kees de Jager, who gets a rating of 6.1. Three months ago, the most valued government figure was liberal Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who now is rated 6.0.

They are not nationalists (not European at least) but zionists. Right.. the Socialist Party is, basically, the left-wing alternative for the PVV.

Stricter on immigration, pro-welfare state, slightly conservative and anti-EU.

Het gevaar bestaat dat Roemer mee mag doen oom de BELASTINGVERHOGINGEN en de broodnodige bezuinigingen door te drukken.

Een doorlichting van de gezondheidszorg zal kostenbesparingen opleveren en de waanzin van "als maar iets heb, hoef ik niet meer te werken" doorbreken.

Het PVDA ideaal links= zwak ziek en misselyk dient te worden doorbroken

Hoe wil je het dan ? Amerika ? En je weet trouwens ook wel dat staatssocialisme in Nederland nooit bestaan heeft en ook niet zal kunnen voorkomen omdat we een systeem hebben waarin dat staatsrechtelijk gezien onmogelijk is.

En belastingsverhogingen ? Zolang ze de rijken pakken vind ik het best. Al ben ik er dan eerder voor de kinderbijslag en de premies inkomensafhankelijk te maken.

Wat mij betreft schaffen we het huidige gezondheidsstelsel trouwens af en keren we terug naar het ziekenfonds. Daarna kijken we wel eens een keer of het niet beter is naar het Franse model over te stappen.
