Self-Declaration, that's what we have here. If a purple-skinned black man claims to be white... Everybody will have to accept him as though.
Under my illuminated eyes, I would classify her as Pardo/Mestiço. She is predominantly European, but has clear non-Euro mix, that I believe to be African.
The traditional view of white, pretty much. Latinos (mestizos mostly) & Arabs will never be considered white by me, regardless of what our PC government classifies as white. East Asians have light skin as well, i would never call them white. Its not just about skin color, because lets face it most blacks are not actually "black skinned".
White is someone of full European ancestry, PERIOD.
To add more and rectify to what you said.
Type I -('Celtic') Always burns never tans, but turn brick-red, blisters, freckles. skin color is pale or milky-white, hair is principally red but also pale-blond and blue/gray eyes. However with Celtic people(e.g the Irish) it doesn't matter for hair/eye colors usually. This type runs the highest for skin cancer.
Type II-(Nordic/'Germanic') Still burns, tan slightly, freckles less than with I. Skin color is white, hair is principally blond and eyes are blue/gray/green. High risk for skin cancer(e.g. Scandinavians).
Type III-(European) Burns less, tans progressively. Skin color light brown/"dark white", hair is prinicipally brown, eye colors are mainly green/hazel/brown but also blue/gray.
This is probably the commonest skin type in Europe.
Type IV-('Mediterranean') Rarely burns, tans. Skin color is olive-brown/brunet. Hair color is mainly brown, eye color is mainly brown/hazel.
For Central Europe 2%(I),12%(II),78(III),6%(IV). This shows the average for Europe. Yes type IV is found in Europe especially Southern Europe. Celtic Europe(e.g. Ireland & Scotland) are mostly type I & II. Northern Europe(e.g. Sweden,Denmark, the Netherlands) are mostly II & III.
probably between 16 and 23
