Honestly.. at least phenotypically a lot of the Jewish people I know do fit the stereotype.. in terms of behavior and the rest, some of them do and some of them don't.
In all honesty, I don't really know. I have never encountered many Jews in my life. I have been to Israel but I suppose I didn't really interact too much with the people living there as I just went to some of the main tourist areas (Jerusalem, Jericho, the old city of Jaffa). One thing that I did find was that the Israelis are not at all well-mannered, something that I have been told is quite a Middle-Eastern characteristic.
Mostly true except for the most important one - that Jews are all powerful and out to destroy the white race.
i think i fit some jewish stereotypes like my nose and i can be pretty stingy and i really like to save my money and not spend it haha
People think what they think and this stereotype hasn't died none of you can deny that. A stereotype generally only lasts if it's true!!!
Mostly true.
The 'stingy' one is mainly true of the older generations, 1st & 2nd generation immigrants mainly, people of poor immigrant background who grew up having to pinch pennies out of necessity. The younger generations of jews spend money freely like any other person of upper and upper middle class backround.
If I just appear at a Synagogue one day and stand there and say the right things could I pass as a Jew? Like I could say I just got out of university and never really practiced but now feel the pull and all, do you think I'd get hooked into the system? Like they'd help me get in right?
