Which are the eight most genetically European Central/South American populations by nation?
8 in alphabetical order:
Argentina
Brazil
Chile
Colombia
Costa Rica
Cuba
Puerto Rico
Uruguay
Has someone data about percentages of light skin, hair and eyes in LA.
Becasue white in LA is not always so white, as the reader think it is :)
Uruguay and Argentina are pretty white, followed by Chile, Mexico, and Costa Rica where most people are Castizos.
Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Cuba.......
IMO basing myself in genetic studies
Uruguay 75-80% euro (Heterogeneous pop)
Argentina 70-75% euro (Heterogeneous pop)
Cuba 68-73% euro (Heterogeneous pop)
Brazil 65-70% euro (Heterogeneous pop)
Puerto rico 65-70% euro (Homogeneous pop)
Chile/Paraguay/Colombia/Costa Rica 50-55% euro
I make the distinction about heterogeneous or homogeneous because, while the euro % is similar, Brazil is not the same as puerto rico. Brazil has many whites, many pardos and many blacks and in puerto rico most people is a very euro pardo. Averages can be tricky
Paraguay might be a bit more Euro-mixed compared to Colombia and Venezuela, and should probably be in there, instead of Colombia.
And Venezuela is more or less on par with Colombia in regards of overall European input.
I would say that Venezuela and Colombia would be right behind from that list, and not far from Costa Rica, Chile and Paraguay in their overall European input.
