(Extremely) Dinaricized Paleo-Atlantid(dark Cromagnoid) and his ethnicity is probably from the British Isles. He has a Baskid look to him though.
He looks very Irish in the first pic, but sort of Spanish in the ones where he is old.
I think he could pass as a native in most of the western euro countries, from Iberia to the British isles
