'Brain In A Vat' thought experiment

Do you think this is possible from your perspective?.. If there was some type of visible sign that proved that your reality was just a simulation would you rejoice simultaneously casting your cares away as mere illusions of dreams? Or would you be devastated that your whole reality and existence was all in a way meaningless having no sense of truth, your reality being a hoax by some evil super entity whose created this illusionary deceptive world you thought was real all along?
