I don't disagree with this, but they will never look like people in Macedonia or Epirus. The look I think you mean are people who look Peloponnesian or "classic" Greek look, not people with block heads and far spaced eyes like in Thessaloniki.

I mean predominantly Doli Med types and Alpine-Med types plus the stereotypical
classic Greek look that is depicted in ancient Greek freskos and statues.

You should speak about what you know, Greece and Cyprus. Apart from that you have chosen pics of Bud Spencer (real name Carlo Pedersoli) in which he is very old and fat and with a beard covering his face, but Bud Spencer wasn't fully Neapolitan, his mother was north Italian. But also his real surname is north Italian despite his father was born in Naples.
That's how he looked when he was young and that's how he looked when he was old.
