There seems to be 3-4% European influence in him. in modern day Anatolian Greeks the rate is around 3-7% as well. Small but visible influence. Modern Turks' European heritage (7-15%) is more visible...

We had a sample from Ankara whose DNA was extracted from Alkan et al 2014. He scored 7% SSA and 14% East Eurasian.
Turks who score 3% East Eurasian only are not Turks or mixed Turks.
Turkish average is around 10-15%. It can go up to 21.7% (highest i've ever seen was in a study unfortunately so no gedmatch...
