So I just asked him again. He said that grandpa from Tula is from a village 60km south of Moscow. I just wish I knew where his other grandma was from.

Looks like it's right below it. The city Tula is 70km from Moscow Oblast, I don't know if that's far or not. And I don't know where one of his grandmas was from, he just said "around Moscow".
