In reddit some people said some raw datas have snps another one not have so i think merge should be for that, if you have pattern of snps in a 1 raw data and another one not have the same pattern...

to iberian people delete Sardinia , West_Med or you will get overfit , if you not have east iberia ancestry is necessary delete aswell
