She might, but if she is fully Kurdish then you can also take it for granted that she is fully Caucasoid(non-Caucasoid ancestry in Kurds is insignificant, usually between 0-3%).
On a side note, I would point out that pictures of PKK members are not representative of the more general Kurdish looks, if only for the fact that these people live an extremely harsh life and likely suffer from all kinds of nutritional problems, having retreated from civilization. I've only seen a handful of PKK soldiers with a, should I say, less 'abnormal' appearance.
