In Poland it is quite hard to say which surnames are Jewish. There are of course some typical, but we have also some really interesting ones. For example my last name comes from the word Niedziela and that means Sunday. There are many more examples like that, and there is a theory that these are surnames of Jews who converted to Catholicism about 300 years ago in Poland. For example there is a common surname Dobrowolski, it comes from dobra wola translated into English as good will, so that means that they were not forced to convert.

In spain you can find some despite the jewish/moorish expulsion. The most famous are mendez, medina, and those who have a surname which is the name of a city normally have jewish ancestry too.

I don't think it has its origin among jews in Portugal. It's just generic jewish.
