What they are really saying is, racism saved a little girl's life today. If he were not racist he'd have offed the whole family. I love to see happy endings like this one.

He was being sarcastic. He's hung up on the journalists pointing out he was racist, which was his motivation for committing the crime, and for mentioning he was a member of the BNP. I can agree that mentioning he was a member of the BNP shows a bias but it's not exactly something to get worked up about; people do associate them with racism and yes the media plays up their racism but it doesn't make it up. Even some posters here who aren't against White nationalism refer to him as a WN because he was a member of the BNP.

Actually I think people who have personal problems or had a sudden change in their life ,people who lost their job ,lost their health recently and have time to stay all day at home before screen ,unhappy ,angry ,frustrated ,disappointed ,tend to go extremes more than others..Especially if they can't find a solution ,or if their problem is something happened to them unexpectedly ,lost control of their lives , seek for an escape from their problems, often will blame others for their badluck or unhappiness .

All of a sudden their ethnicity or religion may become the only thing they have
or they can find something else to be obsessed about (animal rights ,vegeteryanism, some radical ideology, anything)

..And one day they snap..

Antropology and political forums attract these people but also the usual rivalry and very hot sometimes rude forum debetes create more radicalism at the end..They might take it way too seriously due to their loss of balance ,day by day they may become more agressive, hostile(towards a certain religion or ethnicity ) .. it becomes a vicious circle..deadly feedback
