Finns are still whiter than hungarians, iberians, italians and any balkan group as the latter groups have considerably more neolithic admix than finns have uralic/siberian admix.

To be fair, Iberians and Northern Italians (and perhaps central italians too) are more western in the greco-roman sense, but that doesn't mean they're whiter than finns.
