They look like the ancient ones so I think they didn't change all that much as people say.

Probably they were semitic tribes + anatolian remnants of the bronze age collapse. The Spartans didn't mix in with the people they conquered, and it's not certain when they came to Sparta, whether they were pre bronze age collapse or what.

It's a good question, but I am not sure you can sort it out for sure except to say there's been a whole lot of mixing. Lebanese christians today might be more greek than greece is, for example.

Athenian group is still around but I am not sure how much they count as being ancient greek. They were really everyone else's bitches through history, with their only power coming through numbers. The others are basically gone but I'm sure there's remnants here and there.
Spartans founded even some colonies in South Italy; Taranto, heraklyon, Kallipolis and Metaponto.
Not sure if they populated the cities or there was just a spartan elite with an hellenized indigenous population.

Nonsense. You don't know what you talking about you filthy Nordicist. All universities agree in one thing: Greeks are the descendants of Ancient Greeks having the same Autosomal DNA like them. Keep jealous us.

Greeks are still the same as the ancients, Only country in Europe and a handful of others in the world who still speak their ancient languages, Chinese and Jews are the only other examples I can think of right now.

Close to 70%. The rest is mostly residual balkanoid stuff from the assimilated Arvanitika, Vlach and Bulgars.

I agree around 70%. Don't forget that people the Greeks assimilated already probably had some Greek blood to begin with (southern albanians, southern bulgarians).
