People create their own meaning to life. For some it's to do the work of God, for others its their career, etc. For myself its to express myself creatively. I love art in all its forms. It keeps me alive. Hence it gives my life meaning.

I'm sure they could make that argument, but what a sad and cold way of viewing things, wouldn't you say? The idea that we're here to keep the lines going and little more seems so scientific that it's absurd to me.

I enjoy both. Although I spend much more time enjoying other people's work. The creative process, as we all know, takes much energy. I'm usually tired at the end of my day to be able to put two brain cells to rub together, but eventually I'll get what I want done.
