I didn't know there was an ethnicity called romance. Most Latin American countries I would view as different culturally. The only thing they would have in common is language.

If they are of Native Am origin - only those who are fully assimilated.

Honestly I feel sorry for Native Am who are not able to live in "Euro" civilisation; poor people. They would doing better if Europeans never came there.

Bolivia is the most amerindian country in the world. Where do majority of bolivians emigrate? They emigrate to Buenos Aires(Argentina) and to Spain.

It would be more like the british-Indian or chinese colony.
