That hotel is actually used as a home for refugees and homeless people today, the owner is making millions on it but it sure hasn't been improved ever since it first was build.

Current living place Hard to get any better place to live in as a new student in this city. But I've made a lot of friends here, so it's ok. This place is known as the student ghetto. Only students are living here.
